Rules & Regulations

Please read the rules and regulations before registering.

By signing up, you will be deemed to have read, understood and accepted the rules and regulations stated below.

In summary:

1. Each player is only able to participate in 1 team per category.

2. For the "Mixed Open" category, a minimum of 2 female players is to be on court at any time.

3. The tournament shall be conducted in accordance with the Tournament Rules and Regulations of Netball Singapore.

4. All teams are to register with at least 4 players who are ready to play, at least 30 minutes before the start of their first game of the day. Failure to do so will result in a forfeit of all games.

5. Teams are encouraged to colour code their team attire.

6. All games are subjected to the centralised timing, hence players are advised to check the schedule and for real time information during the event.

7. A centralised siren will signal the start, break and end of the game.

8. The Umpires' whistle will start and end the game.

9. No injury time will be given, thus substitution must be made immediately.

10. The players will not play in a fixed position.

    • ​Ladies Open: Any two players from both teams are allowed in the goal circle at any one time. 

    • Mixed Open: A total of 2 male players is allowed on court and a maximum of 1 male player is allowed in the goal circle at any one time. (i.e. either 2 females in the goal circle or 1 male and 1 female in the goal circle at any one time)

    • A free pass will be awarded to the opposing team on the inner edge of the goal circle for violating the rules.
