*At least one member of the team must be a current NUS student/staff with a valid matriculation card.

All players will receive a Netballuxion 2017 event shirt and goodie bag!
There must be a minimum of 4 registered players and a maximum of 6 players in each team in order for the team to be successfully registered.
Ladies U19 is open to all females who are born in 1998 and after (i.e. 19 years old as of 2017). For Mixed Open, there must be at least 2 females in each team. Ladies U19 and Ladies Open will be held on Day 1 (17th June) and Mixed Open will be held on Day 2 (18th June).

PAYMENT
Submit all Indemnity and Health Declaration forms in hardcopy along with registration fees.
No e-invoice will be provided, only an official receipt after payment is received.
